Please note - no new beginners will be taken at Fit4Life until after the Galway 5K series is over. So if you are thinking of joining and you are a complete beginner, training will start for you on Tuesday 9th June and thereafter, every Tuesday/Thursday @7pm at Westside Library on Seamus Quirke Road. The Future Streets of Galway 8K Road Race on Saturday, 8th August 2009, will then become the goal for all.
