From now on Fit4Life participants may not park in Church Grounds . I would be obliged if you would park in Dunnes Stores Carpark or in Library Carpark. I have been informed that Church Grounds car spaces are reserved solely for those attending cermonies/meetings in the Church. I expect you all to abide by this as I do not want any more hassle from the priests. Likewise warming up and cooling down sessions may not be done in Church Grounds either.

Please allow extra time to get to training and don't be tempted to sneak in to Church Grounds if you are late.
