Barm Brack & Tea

Barm Brack and tea after the Streets of Galway are a tradition as old as the race itself, and the regulars expect it at this stage! So, make sure you make your way into the Galway Rovers Clubhouse at the race finish area for the post race refreshments and prizegiving.
The Burcos for boiling the water will have been set up from early in the day to make sure there are 2500 cups of tea or coffee as required. There will be other carbohydrate delights alongside the Barm Brack to get you refuelled after the race.
The prizegiving will take place there at 8:30pm, so drop in to give the winners a cheer and meet up will fellow runners.
