GCH started the juvenile cross-country season on a winning note at Dangan last Sunday, 5th October. The club won 2 team and 6 individual titles in the Galway Even Age Cross Country competition.

Sarah Mc Donnell & Liam Costello won the under 10 girls & boys titles respectively. Alana Lally won the under 14 girls race & Rachel Shaw won the under 18 girls race. Keith Fallon led a GCH 1, 2, 3 in the boys under 16 race, with Shane Fahy 2nd & Anthony Hebron 3rd. Gearoid O'Connor also lead a GCH 1,2,3 in the under 18 boys race with Fergal O'Hanlon 2nd & Conor Abbott 3rd. The girls and boys under 12 teams won their team titles.

The next competition will be the u11, U13, U15, U17 & U19 along with the Seniors in Tuam on 19th October starting at 1pm sharp.
