The April 2009 issue of G.C.H.'s Newsletter is attached.
Please note there will be no G.C.H training Sunday 5th April, Good Friday 10th April or Easter Sunday 12th April. Training will be as normal on the other days over Easter.

The G.C.H. Juvenile Club Disco is coming up soon. Also, the club would welcome any parent that would be interested in helping out with coaching on an occasional basis or would like to get involved in coaching on a regular basis. More information inside.

Attached is the latest newsletter for our Juvenile section. This includes a review of the highly successful 2007-8 season, the All Ireland Track and Field competition held in early July in Antrim, and upcoming juvenile fixtures.

Results from the Galway AAI Indoor Track and Field Championships are available in the attached PDF document (updated 9 January 2007).

Many clubs across the county delivered strong performances throughout the extensive junior racing programme. Craughwell, GCH, Ballinasloe, Athenry, Loughrea and Tuam all had athletes on the top step of the podium. It's a reflection of the extensive volunteer training and support system for juvenile athletes across the county.

At the senior level Athenry, GCH, Castlegar, Loughrea, NUIG, and Craughwell all managed gold medals on a very busy day for county officials.
