No track this week but the last one we have booked at 6 30pm will take place on the 3rd Jan. Some of the group may meet at Dangan on Wednesday morning at 10 am for a session of 8 x3 min off 90 sec aroudn the trails surrounding the GAA pitches- this will allow time to get home and fed and watered before returning for the Christine Kennedy event.
