Official results now available compliments of RunDirect Magazine

While much of the road-running focus was down south on Ballycotton over the weekend, closer to home, congratulations are due to GCH's Paul Fallon who continued his fine early season form by taking the 3rd annual Ballinrobe 8K road-race on Sunday last. His finishing time of around the 30 minute mark was enough to take the number one spot from club-mate Damien Ridge. Also representing GCH on the day were Cormac O'Connor and Don and Nicola Deacy.
