Congrats to GCH stalworth Martin McEvilly who won gold in the M60 category at the British & Irish Masters Cross Country International held on Saturday last, November 15th, at Singleton Park Swansea. Thankfully, recent injuries stayed at bay and Martin was able to add to his considerable collection of Masters athletics honours. These include bronze at the 2008 Europeans and gold at the 2005 worlds - both in the steeplechase.
