Tuesday Track Session 7.30 to 8.30

In order to start the track session on time (7.30) warm up and drills will now be on sand track surrounding hockey pitch commencing at 7pm with TRACK SESSION COMMENCING AT 7.30 SHARP. €2 per athlete per night to cover cost of track hire.
